Product working principle and use:

Metal hard sealed ball valve is a high-performance valve developed by our company. The valve seat adopts the spring loaded metal seal structure, which can open and close easily at high temperature. The ball and the seat are specially hardened and the sealing surface is not bruised. Ball valve with bidirectional sealing function. Small and medium caliber adopts floating ball structure (DN15 ~ 200mm), and large and medium caliber adopts fixed ball structure (DN125 ~ 500mm).

Product structure features:

1, metal hard sealed high temperature ball valve adopts eccentric structure, in the closing process, the specific pressure energy between the seat and the ball is rapidly increased, thus ensuring the reliable sealing of the sealing pair. When the valve is opened, the seat is quickly detached from the ball, effectively reducing the operating torque and reducing the possibility of damage between the seat surface and the ball.
2, metal hard sealed floating ball valve adopts elastic loading structure, under normal closure to ensure the contact between the ball sealing surface and the seat seal, under high temperature conditions, can effectively compensate the internal thermal expansion, avoid the resistance caused by high temperature, suitable for small and medium caliber high temperature applications.
3, metal hard seal high temperature fixed ball valve in addition to the eccentric characteristics of metal hard seal eccentric ball valve, other advantages are also available here, in addition, it can be used bidirectional, and not easy to deposit dirt in the cavity, according to the user’s working conditions, can also be set in the cavity sewage outlet.
4, metal hard seal high temperature ball valve ball surface with special hardening treatment, the whole seat with special hard material or local surfacing hard material, to ensure that there is a suitable hardness difference between the sealing pair.
5, due to the special surface hardening treatment of the ball surface, the valve seat is surfacing cemented carbide, so in the valve opening and closing process can be well washed by the medium, especially suitable for solid particles and abrasive media.
6. In addition to the special surface treatment of the ball surface and the seat surface, flexible graphite and metal winding gaskets are used in other sealing materials, so it can be used in high temperature and high pressure conditions, and has fire resistance function.
