Oxygen ball valve

Product working principle and use:
As the opening and closing device of the oxygen pipe conveying in the metallurgical industry, the oxygen ball valve has many particularly strict requirements compared with other general purpose valves. Because oxygen is flammable and explosive dangerous goods, it is necessary to prevent leakage, anti-static, fire to avoid accidents. In the structure design, the valve stem only lifts and does not rotate when the disc is opened and closed, which effectively reduces the wear of the seal pair, the wear of the packing and the wear of the upper seal. The ground screw is installed on the side flange to avoid electrostatic spark. The exposed part of the valve stem is sealed with plexiglass to prevent dust and oil.
Product structure features:
In addition to the characteristics of ordinary valves, and in view of the fact that it is made of excellent copper material, it has the advantages of corrosion resistance, good flame retardant performance, good electrical conductivity, fast heat transfer and so on
The operation is fast and easy, the flow resistance is small, safe and reliable, and the service life is long (the sealing pair wash is small).
